Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;

- Identification of the infringing material and details to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement notification.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you have received a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can issue a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must contain:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. We keep records of DMCA notices and terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
